What is Identity and Access Management?
Identity and access management (IAM) technologies and business processes enable the creation, maintenance, and use of digital identity — ensuring that the right people gain access to the right materials and records at the right time. Identity and Access Management services at Harvard are offered to meet the needs of the entire Harvard Community. The objective is to enable access for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and affiliates while safeguarding University resources and users.
