IAM Sprint 5 - PI-12 Complete

The fifth sprint of PI-12 is now complete. Sprint 5 included the completion of 5 deliverables including: validation of a future O365 self-service Opt-In model, security improvements, and data preparation for new admit logins. Other deliverables and progress are as follows:

  • 21 Features either completed or deferred to future quarters (60% of quarterly goal)
  • Academic Year 18-19 University applicants have begun to claim their HarvardKeys
  • New guidance for Group Services has been published to the IAM site in addition to many knowledge articles published to ServiceNow to ease onboarding and use
  • We responded to our first Priority 1 ticket of the quarter when on Friday 12/8 our team worked with the Chan School of Public Health to address a data issue that prevented some new users from claiming a HarvardKey
  • Long time Accounts Team member Bruce Patterson moved over to the Desktop Refresh team; He will be greatly missed and we wish him all the best. While we backfill his position our operational statistics will reflect our reduced capacity being down a team member.
