IAM Sprint 2 - PI-12 Complete

The second sprint (2 weeks of development) of PI-12 is now complete. Key deliverables and progress are as follows:

  • More than 50% of features targeted for this quarter are in development or complete (55%)
  • We upgraded a key piece of IAM infrastructure, HLDAP
  • Operational work and requests to integrate applications with HarvardKey has grown significantly since last sprint: 1060 tickets updated by IAM staff (an increase of 30% over last sprint) and completed 7 onboarding requests (+75%)
  • Significant progress has been made in preparing for XID (guest account management) migration to the Cloud as well as LDAP provisioning updates to support the June 30th deadline
  • Development continues in partnership with HKS to prepare for IAM provisioning to their local Active Directory
