IAM Program Executive Committee Meets for the Second Time

The IAM Program Executive Committee met for the second time on January 28th, 2014. Agenda topics for the meeting included:

  • The review of the IAM dashboard
    • The overall status
    • Items for executive attention
  • A high-level look at the Program Plan
  • Team status
  • Community outreach status
  • Introduction to KPIs
  • Review of program benefits

The IAM Program Plan is a word document that provides detail about the future projects associated with the IAM Program. Due to the copious amount of detail, the Plan was not reviewed in detail at the Executive Committee. Jason Snyder offered to meet with any member of the committee 1:1 to discuss the Plan.

The IAM Dashboard represents the intended ongoing Executive Committee Program reporting mechanism on IAM progress.

The IAM Program Benefits provides a view of the benefits associated with the delivery of the IAM Program and when they are being delivered. The content is taken from the IAM Program Plan.
