Jason Snyder, program director for Identity and Access Management and head of the Cloud and DevOps workgroup at Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT), is taking on an expanded role as Managing Director, Architecture & Engineering. This is a new area within HUIT that combines the work Jason is leading with that of HUIT’s Office of the CTO.
 
In his new role as Managing Director, Jason will continue to lead the IAM program. In addition, he will now manage the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), deliver Harvard's enterprise architecture framework, and develop new teams and service offerings for both cloud-based services and DevOps. He will create and execute a plan to move HUIT’s current applications to the cloud, as well as create a data center migration plan.
