IAM PI-13 Sprint 1 Complete

The first Sprint of the 13th quarter of IAM development is in the books. This sprint included the delivery of an improved user experience for Alumni with two-step in addition to update API functions to allow for privacy data and eventual server decommissioning. The details of Sprint 1 are as follows:

  • 2 of 15 Commitments complete (13%)
    • Two Factor simplification for Alumni
    • API Expansion to accommodate privacy data
  • 4 of 15 Commitments underway (27%)
    • Writing to new central IAM database in the Cloud
    • Security Fix for Authentication
    • Email Self-Service for Students
    • Stabilize IIQ Performance
  • 8 Applications onboarded to HarvardKey
  • 1,354 tickets updated; 561 resolved by IAM team members
