#  Public LDAP is being decommissioned Wednesday, June 21 at 10 am

 *The following announcement was sent to IAM Data Customers on Tuesday, June 6th:*

 IAM Data Customer,

 Please be advised that IAM will be decommissioning its Public LDAP service **on Wednesday, June 21st at 10am**. All registered clients have been notified and have confirmed that they are no longer using this service. Stage Public LDAP has been suspended for several months.

 **Details:**

 Public LDAP Hostnames:

- phonebook.iam.harvard.edu
- phonebook-hu.iam.harvard.edu

 Note that this change **does not impact** the Harvard LDAP service, which will remain available (e.g. ldap-shadow.iam.harvard.edu).

 **If you believe you are still using IAM’s Public LDAP service**, **please notify the IAM team immediately by emailing** [**iam\_help@harvard.edu**](mailto:iam_help@harvard.edu) so we can work with you to understand your use case and identify alternative support options.
