#  IAM PI-13 Sprint 4 Complete

 The fourth Sprint of the 13th quarter of IAM development is complete. This sprint included lots of updates in preperations for two major upcoming releases: XID migration to the Cloud and Office365 Self Service functionality for Students. The details of Sprint 4 are as follows:

- 4 of 17 Commitments complete or deffered (24%) 
    - Two Factor simplification for Alumni
    - API Expansion to accommodate privacy data
    - Stabilize IIQ Performance
    - Database for App Registrations; Modify HK Auth to use Database (Deffered)
- 11 of 17 Commitments underway (65%) 
    - Writing to new central IAM database in the Cloud
    - Email Self-Service for Students
    - Planning with HMS for AD provisioning
    - Loading of data for Emergency Broadcast Tool
    - Improvement for Authentication (IDP)
    - Authentication Improvement
    - Provide function to bulk license users for Office365
    - Migrate Provisioning gateway servers to the Cloud
    - Combine MIDAS helpdesk roles to improve experience
    - Midas and App Admin migrated to the Cloud
    - Plan for Authentication Environment Updates
- Non Committed Objectives Completed (1) 
    - Provision 60k XID users to Unified LDAP
- 11 Applications onboarded to HarvardKey
- 983 tickets updated; 511 resolved by IAM team members
