#  IAM PI-13 Sprint 2 Complete

 The second Sprint of the 13th quarter of IAM development is in the books. This sprint included the delivery of stability improvments for provisioning as well as the addition of a new priority for authentication improvements. The details of Sprint 2 are as follows:

- 3 of 16 Commitments complete (19%) 
    - Two Factor simplification for Alumni
    - API Expansion to accommodate privacy data
    - Stabilize IIQ Performance
- 6 of 16 Commitments underway (38%) 
    - Writing to new central IAM database in the Cloud
    - Email Self-Service for Students
    - Planning with HMS for AD provisioning
    - Loading of data for Emergency Broadcast Tool
    - Improvement for Authentication (IDP)
    - Authentication Improvement
- 10 Applications onboarded to HarvardKey
- 1,207 tickets updated; 646 resolved by IAM team members
