#  IAM PI-13 Sprint 1 Complete

 The first Sprint of the 13th quarter of IAM development is in the books. This sprint included the delivery of an improved user experience for Alumni with two-step in addition to update API functions to allow for privacy data and eventual server decommissioning. The details of Sprint 1 are as follows:

- 2 of 15 Commitments complete (13%) 
    - Two Factor simplification for Alumni
    - API Expansion to accommodate privacy data
- 4 of 15 Commitments underway (27%) 
    - Writing to new central IAM database in the Cloud
    - Security Fix for Authentication
    - Email Self-Service for Students
    - Stabilize IIQ Performance
- 8 Applications onboarded to HarvardKey
- 1,354 tickets updated; 561 resolved by IAM team members
